The Church of Nigeria (Anglican Communion) has condemned the killing of one of its priests, Venerable Edwin Achi, who was abducted alongside his family in Kaduna State on October 28, 2025.
In a statement signed by the Primate, Most Rev. Henry Ndukuba, the Church demanded the immediate and unconditional release of the priest’s wife, Mrs. Sarah Achi, and their daughter, who remain in captivity.
