Bayero hails Tinubu over livestock agency
The 15th Emir of Kano, His Royal Highness Alhaji Aminu Ado Bayero, has hailed President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for establishing the National Livestock and Pastoralists Development Agency.
The Emir who described the move as “a bold and historic move” that is set to transform the lives of Fulani herders and promote lasting peace in northern Nigeria, made the remarks during a courtesy visit by the National President of the Fulani Association, Alhaji M.B. Lamido, to his palace in Kano.
Ado Bayero’s remarks were contained in a statement issued by his Palace’s spokesperson, Abubakar Balarabe Kofar Naisa, which was made available to The PUNCH on Monday.
According to the statement, “This initiative by President Tinubu is not just not only timely, but it is monumental.”
