Overview
Lagos State Government has announced a milestone in its transportation sector. It said Blue Line Rail has transported over two million passengers since its launch, adding that BRT buses have also transported an average of 42,000 commuters daily.
The figures were disclosed by the Commissioner for Transportation, Mr. Oluwaseun Osiyemi, during the 2025 Ministerial Press Briefing held at the Bagauda Kaltho Press Centre, Alausa. The event marked the second anniversary of Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu’s second term.
