A former Governor of Osun State, Prince Olagunsoye Oyinlola, has hailed the development of golf in Osun.
Oyinlola, while also expressing his love for the game, said only death could separate him from golf, stressing that he would continue to play and invest in it and other sporting activities.
Oyinlola made these remarks at the weekend during a commemorative golf tournament held in his honour to mark his 75th birthday.
The event was hosted by Olanrewaju Adeleke at his expansive Ile-Ogbo Golf Course and Resort, and LanreLeke Sports Academy in Ile-Ogbo, Osun State.
The former governor used the opportunity to call for peace, unity and oneness among Nigerians, saying all hands must be on deck for the progress of Osun in particular and Nigeria in general
