The Lagos State Government has announced plans to host the Lagos Culture Week, a showcase of creative talents, fashion, music, and arts for residents and visitors arriving for the festive season.
According to the government, the event aims to celebrate the fashion, art, and creative dynamism that define the people of Lagos.
Scheduled for Sunday, November 30, and Monday, December 1, 2025, the two-day festival will take place in Victoria Island. It is being organised by the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture in collaboration with the Lagos Cultural Mission.
Speaking at a press briefing in Alausa on Monday, the Special Adviser to Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu on Tourism, Culture and Arts, Idris Aregbe, described the Lagos Culture Week as a vibrant expression of the city’s cultural identity and creative energy.
